In light of the increased availability of vaccinations, the current Orange status of Santa Clara County, and the change to the CA State Dept of Public Health policy on Outdoor and Indoor Recreational Sports, there has been a request for information regarding our popular group rides. The SJBC board is pleased to announce that due to the improved COVID situation and the CA State policy, we welcome the return of the Blue Train/ A Ride and B Ride. Please note that the Saturday group rides promoted by SJBC are not officially organized events. We do not require sign ins, nor do we assign a SJBC ride leader. The group rides are a great way to get some fast fun training in to prepare for the re-emergence of local racing, and to also meet members of the San Jose Bicycle Club and other community riders. All riders ride at their own risk. We require our members to obey all traffic laws and we encourage members to follow the state and county guidelines for social distancing due to Covid-19. Please wear a mask, stop at stop signs and have a great time riding your bike!
